1. Current storage
Contact: contact@loginesis.com. A manual language choice is stored under loginesis-language-v1 in localStorage and a same-site cookie for up to one year so the server can render the right complete language without a flash. AUTO removes both values. Cloudflare's request country code selects the automatic language but is not stored in a profile, database, log or analytics. SurgiCrew uses a secure, HttpOnly session cookie after authentication. A separate short-lived OAuth state cookie is used only when Google sign-in is configured and started.
2. Optional categories
Analytics and personalised advertising are off by default. The consent panel records the user’s choice, but no analytics or advertising SDK is connected. Contextual placeholders do not profile users or transmit personal data.
- Product analytics: optional; provider, event list, retention and consent enforcement required.
- Personalised advertising: optional; provider, CMP, consent string, targeting rules and age review required.
- Contextual promotion: may be shown without behavioural profiling, subject to final legal review.
3. Change or withdraw consent
Use the Privacy choices button available at the bottom of every page. Rejecting or withdrawing optional consent must not block core services. A future provider must receive the updated consent state technically; interface text alone is not enough.
4. Configuration checklist
