The service provider is identified in Legal Information. Contact: contact@loginesis.com. These terms apply only after the relevant service is publicly launched. The accepted document version is recorded with the account without storing an extra copy of the text.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
Keep access credentials secure, provide accurate account information and use only workspaces and features you are authorised to access. Do not probe access controls, upload malware, impersonate others, scrape restricted data or use the products unlawfully.
- SurgiCrew must not contain patient-identifying data or be used as a medical record or clinical-decision system.
- LookWhoAte reviews must reflect genuine experience; harassment, manipulation, undisclosed paid promotion and unlawful content are prohibited.
- Public and shared content may be reported, moderated or restricted under the documented process.
3. User content and licences
Users retain rights in content they lawfully provide. The final service licence, collaboration ownership model, moderation grounds, notice/reason process and appeal flow are [LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED]. Do not upload confidential employer information or third-party material without authority.
4. Free, Premium and promotions
SurgiCrew paid billing is disabled. Premium capabilities are planned entitlements, not a current offer. LookWhoAte restaurant promotions and owner tools require integration. Prices, renewal, withdrawal, refunds and store terms must be added only after store and consumer-law review.
5. Availability and safety
Services may change or be unavailable. Organisational content must be reviewed by authorised people and does not replace professional judgment, hospital instructions or emergency procedures. No warranty or liability clause is final until legal review.
6. Suspension, deletion and contact
