Before deletion
Export any information you want to keep. Account deletion is permanent after the verification and safety checks complete.
Deletion route
Sign in to SurgiCrew and open Settings → Privacy and data → Delete account. If you own a workspace, transfer ownership or delete that workspace first. The backend invalidates sessions, deletes private records and files, and anonymises documented shared organisational authorship.

If you cannot sign in, contact contact@loginesis.com from the address associated with the account. Do not send passwords, medical records or identity documents unless the support team provides a verified secure channel.
